WE, BUGAYEV BROTHERS, SERGEY AND ANTON, CITIZENS OF THE RUSSIA AND DWELLERS OF THE PLANET EARTH, DECLARE THE NECESSITY OF AFFIRMATION BY EVERY PERSON OF THE RIGHT OF HUMANITY TO LIFE IN PEACE AND CONCORD.

WE PROCLAIM THE PEACEFUL DECLARATION OF THE RIGHT OF HUMANITY TO LIFE IN PEACE AND CONCORD.

We declare the city of SAINT-PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, the International Center of All Peacemaking Forces of the World (PFW).
